Can you please stop congregating at the bottom of stairwells, on steps, at entrances to buildings that are in use, in front of train doors when you get off, at bus stops stopping people getting on & off buses and at other places where other people need to get to.
Please.

The Spanish students do have a good knack of annoying me, anyway. just for doing nothing but hanging around. I used to work in McDonalds in Douglas about 5 years ago and they used to come in and take over the place. I used to take great enjoyment in asking them to leave.
